Textile Collages

My textile collage works are a mix of black thread, papers and fabrics mounted on canvas, embroidery loops or card stock.  I work with the sewing machine as if it was my pencil and I draw with the black thread., then I cut little pieces of fabrics and papers to build an image or a character.  Each piece is OOAK.

 

I make family portraits which are very special pieces as my client takes part in the design of it.  I can reproduce your family, your couple or your best friend!!! Each piece is unique and very specially made for you!
